Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
